Return & Refund Policy
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your item.
Ordinary return conditions
For a change-of-mind return, the sweater must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition and packaging, with any original tags attached. These ordinary return conditions do not prevent you from seeking help for an item that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
How to request a return

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Where helpful, include photos showing the problem. If the issue is our error, damage or a product defect, we cover the return shipping cost. We will review the issue with you and provide return and refund instructions.
Return shipping and fees
Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We pay return shipping for company errors, damaged items and defects. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, the amount will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Your payment provider’s posting time may affect when the credit becomes visible.
